That's a worksheet for partners to report their own expenses on behalf of the partnership. You get it when entering the K-1 information you check the box that "You are required to pay supplemental business expenses...". The next screen then is Unreimbursed Partnership Expenses and you checked the Yes box. You can then enter vehicle expenses, office supplies, etc.
