I think you're getting questions asking you about foreign income. Your k-1 appears to be filled out such that they have given you deductions you could use against foreign income but have not allocated any foreign income to you. If you have no other foreign income anywhere in your return where you could use these deductions, you can simply delete the code J description and amount from the k-1 entry.
