Error loading 2023 file for quick employer forms

When trying to load for quick employer forms I get "Failed to import data from tax file. Error occurred while parsing the data from tax file." I verified it is the tax2023 file. Any help is appreciated

Have you tried closing TurboTax and clearing your Cache and Cookies? You could also try a different browser.

I believe my original error was due to the email address that I was using in Turbotax was different than the online version. My did my taxes last year and used his to make 1099's. I had to start over there was no way to copy from one to the other. But it would be nice if that error message was a little more clear

Please go to this link, Quick Employer Forms, and use your TurboTax Account to long in and try to e-file from there.

W2 Import functionality DOES NOT WORK for "Quick Employer Forms" online Turbotax Business.

Same error uploading ".tax2024" business form: "Failed to import data from tax file. Error occurred while parsing the data from tax file."

I have had unresolved problems with externally created W2s using TurboTax Business for a few years now.

We Need another product for small businesses, as this one is not worth the money, hassle, and additional State filing fees and time .
