    <description>&lt;P&gt;You may be getting that message because you have not loaded your state returns before you are doing your file upload. I suggest you go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Online&lt;/STRONG&gt; menu option and choose the &lt;STRONG&gt;Download State&lt;/STRONG&gt; option to download your state return. Once you get the state return uploaded, close the program and start it up again and then try your file upload.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have both TurboTax Business (trust returns) and TurboTax Home and Business (1065 returns).&amp;nbsp; When I attempt to load a nearly complete 1065 return I get a ERROR 190 message saying I need all formsets loaded.&amp;nbsp; How do I correct and move on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
