      <description>&lt;P&gt;I already tried the tool TTCleanStatesTool-2024.00.01.16.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;It successfully deletes any and all references to the NJ state download.&amp;nbsp; However, when once again attempting to download the NJ state product, the infinite loop resumes and TurboTax Premier will not allow me to purchase and install the NJ product.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Conclusion:&amp;nbsp; the TTCleanStatesTool does remove the reference.&amp;nbsp; But it does NOT solve the problem.&amp;nbsp; I still cannot&amp;nbsp; download and install the NJ product.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
