@boxsterghost please, for further assistance with Canadian tax return, make sure to post your questions on Canadian Community.

Line 23400 is the Net Income Before Adjustments. If you have no amount on line 23500, it will be the same amount that you have on the line 23600. If you want to see it in your return, after payment, you will have the option to print a copy of your return and this line will show on the T1 general.
