I am the custodial party, and I receive Tanf benefits. My state check was approved and sent, but not deposited into my bank. Can or did Tanf intercept my return? I'm literally sitting here crying because it's my son's birthday today, and I can't get anything for him. I hope they didn't.

TurboTax would never know anything about an offset to your income tax refund or about your Tanf benefits.
