You can use Quick Employer Forms to prepare your 1099 forms in TurboTax. There are links in the programs that will take you there.

You will see the option to prepare 1099 forms when you edit your business entries under Business Expenses, then choose Other Common Business Expenses. On the next screen choose Contract Labor and you will see the option Create and file W-2s and 1099's online with TurboTax Quick Employer Forms:

If you are using the desktop TurboTax product, you will see an option on your home screen when you log into the program that says Create Employer Forms along with a link to Create 1099/W2 that you can click on to access the Quick Employer Forms. You will see a similar option when you log into the TurboTax Business desktop product.

You will also see a link on the File menu option on the top left of your screen in the desktop version of TurboTax.

You can prepare W2 and 1099NEC & 1099MISC in either the Desktop Home & Business program or the Online Premium version using the QEF Quick Employer Forms.
