      <description>&lt;P&gt;What if the payees are US citizens live overseas?&amp;nbsp; If they have to file tax return, I think they'll need the 1099. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will need to file the 1099-NEC forms for individuals who are US citizens even if they live overseas. It is possible that you can't e-file them for payee's without a US address, however, in which case you will need to purchase the paper forms and mail them in. They are available online from various vendors. It is possible that if you contact your vendors they can provide you with a US address to use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
