When filing a DR-405 or F-1120A, do I attach a copy of my 1120s? I ask because a copy of my 1120S printed out when printing the DR-405 and F-1120A form.

Since when printing to file my DR-405 and F-1120A forms, a copy of my 1120S printed, I am not sure what form (dr-405 or F-1120a) I send the copy of 1120S with when filing.
