The following instructions will assist you in adding a form that you previously deleted:

Log into your account and click the Take me to my return button.
Click on the Search icon located at the top of the screen.
Search for [name of the form you need].
In the search results, click on Jump to [form].
You will be taken to the section in your tax return to add/edit information to create the form in your return.

@wendyschmitz There is a magnifying glass or a search bar.

If you are in the desktop/download version, you may have a prior data file saved with everything you need. Otherwise, the program may have deleted or retained, some or all, of the information.
