    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a LLC S-corp and reimbursed myself for expenses such as phone, car, and office use of home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did not declare it as income.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did deduct the expenses on 1120S&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But where does it document that I received it? If you can be specific to how to do it I'd appreciate it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In a properly setup &lt;A href="https://www.irsvideos.gov/Governments/Employers/WhatyouneedtoknowaboutAccountablePlans" target="_blank"&gt;Accountable plan&lt;/A&gt;, the company can deduct the expenses, and the employee (you) isn't taxed on the reimbursements.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the company, the reimbursements are documented by the expense reports submitted by the employee.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The employee doesn't report the reimbursements anywhere.&lt;/P&gt;
