Does anybody have a way I can contact someone at quickbooks that is not sales or customer services because those departments are useless. I have been struggling since November 2023 (Its Feb 2024 now) to get my one and only W2 corrected before I need to start filing business and personal taxes. Nobody can help me, I have escalated my case 3 time now already with nothing happening.

I am at a loss for words at the moment and don't know what to do, I tried to file my own W2c and W3c with the IRS but they say the entity that first submitted the w2s needs to do it so I am stuck with a company that is refusing to help me for a service I am paying for and I cannot do their job for them because they need to apparently do it for me.

Any HELP would greatly be appreciated.

Are you saying your W2 is issued by QuickBooks?

yes Quickbooks issued my W2 and it is incorrect (I am the employer and its my w2 the employee) so I cannot report the owner of the company to the IRS to get a corrected w2 within 10 days because I am the employer.
