None of your responses have anything to do with my question. I filed on your website today and paid, got my confirmation number for payment. And unable to find it. I verified who I was with all the steps I had to go through.

Payment of the TurboTax online account fees does not file your tax return.

The TurboTax online editions for tax year 2022 were shut down after October 31. 2023 so you could not have filed your tax return today using the online editions. If you paid for the online account then you can download the PDF of your tax return.

A 2022 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

The Filing Instructions for the 2022 tax return will be included with the PDF download.

@lklopez923 Only you can access your 2022 tax return and download the PDF of the tax return. No one from TurboTax can print and mail the 2022 tax return to you.

If you completed the 2022 tax return using the TurboTax online editions, you only need to sign onto your online account with the same User ID you used to create the account. Then click on the Download return link shown on the Tax Home web page - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
