I CANT FILE WITHOUT PUTTING A SCHEDULE C NUMBER ON MY 1099-k

SO i went to documents and tried to create the freelance document but it says it is not ready yet??? how is that possible i thought the taxes were due last week or something. i am so mad

Are you in the Free Edition? You need Deluxe or above to enter Schedule C income. And the Self Employed version to enter any expenses for Schedule C.

STOP .... go to the IRS FREE FILE site to find a program to use for free ... https://www.irs.gov/filing/free-file-do-your-federal-taxes-for-free
