Where do I enter the car taxes I paid?

I reside in CT. With HR Block it comes up together with the house tax under state. Thanks in advance.

Please use the steps below to enter the personal property tax paid on your vehicle.

To Enter Car Registration Fees:

1. Select "Federal Taxes" at the top of the page

2. Select the "Deductions & Credits" sub-tab

3. Scroll down to "Cars and Other Things You Own" and select "Show More"

4. Select "Start" next to "Car Registration Fees"

5. Proceed to enter your vehicle info and fee amounts

It isn't sales tax though.. it's personal property tax that is paid yearly to my city based on their mill rate and the value of the vehicle. Sales tax is different.
