You need to enter it as a interview step by step entry, not by using Form Mode.

Sign into your account and click the blue Take me to my return bar

Click Federal on the left side-bar

Click Deductions & Credits along the top

Scroll down to Your Home and click Show more

Scroll down to Mortgage Interest, Refinancing, and Insurance (Form 1098) click Start or Revisit

Click Add a Lender

Enter (type in) the Lender's name and Continue

On the next screen, click the button for no 1098 and continue
