How to delete older charities that we don't donate to any longer from 2018 listing? But without deleting all former data related to that charity. thanks

the printed list of charities shows every charity ever utilized this list shows those from former states of residence and not what we currently use.

I'm not SURE if this is what you mean, so I apologize if it's not helpful! If you go to the home page of itsdeductible and click on the year you're interested in (2017 donations, 2016 donations, prior year donations) and look at the bottom of the page under the main box, you'll see links to "view summaries" and "manage charities." Under "manage charities," you can edit, delete or add charities for that tax year. Hope this helps!
