      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is absolutely legal to do so.&amp;nbsp; Be careful that you aren't subject to the Alternative Minimum Tax in 2017, since state and local taxes are not deductible under the AMT, which means the prepayment won't do you any good, anyway.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
