      <description>&lt;P&gt;You do not get to "opt out" of EIC. &amp;nbsp;If you qualify for it, TurboTax calculates it and automatically adds it to your refund. &amp;nbsp;If you even could take it off, the IRS would put it back on..So, sorry...you are subject to waiting if you are getting EIC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
