How do I enter to tax year for estate tax return?

Estate tax return for my dad. Date Death 12/3/2016. ClosingAcctg Year 11/30/2017. IRS notice says I need to file Form 1041 by 3/15/2018. Final distribution done 8/2017. Initial and final return at same time. Return is saying 12/3/2017 to 11/30/2018 tax year. How do I fix it so it is 12/3/2016 to 11/30/2017 tax year?

Unfortunately, you can't fix it since you should actually be using a 2016 return for a fiscal year that started in 2016 and, hence, should be using the 2016 version of TurboTax Business.
