      <description>&lt;P&gt;If he is age 19 and not a full time student then he is not eligible for EIC since he can no longer be claimed under the Qualifying Child rules as a dependent.&amp;nbsp; He can only be claimed under the Qualifying Relative rules as a dependent and therefor not eligible for EIC.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
