1) Cannot do with the "Free" edition, because the "Free" edition does no have itemized deductions..you'll have to upgrade to one of the full-pay-for-it-all versions  Deluxe or higher.
2)  Then it's on the Deductions&Credits page
3) and finally, you can't import your ItsDeductible data unless your ItsDeductible UserID is **** exactly **** the same as your Tax account UserID.  IF they are not the same, you're going to have to re-enter each donation manually in the tax software.

my username and password are exactly the same on TT Deluxe and ItsDeductible. Is the linkage not ready yet?

For 2019 taxes, and for those using the "Online" software.....you are correct. Not working for most folks yet, and a signup is at the FAQ below. Software updates to correct problems like this are usually are issued on Wed or Thursdays during the main tax season:
