    <description>Our mortgage company messed up and did not pay all of our 2016 property taxes until this past week.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;This amounts to $3,066.81.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Can we still deduct this for 2016?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;If I can, the amount is not on the 1098 from the mortgage company, is there another place to put this?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Thank you!</description>
