You can delete the child care credit form by following these steps:

1. Sign into your account and select your current return (Please ensure you have gone past the orange, ''Take me to my return'' button before you select ''My Account'')

2. Select My Account in the top right corner and then Tools.

3. Select Delete a Form.

4. Find Form 2441 and select delete next to it.
