      <description>&lt;P&gt;Go to the state section titled Taxes and Credits and look for the Out-of-State Credit question. &amp;nbsp;Answer Yes and a screen will display allowing you to select the foreign country (click on Other Countries if more than one). &amp;nbsp;Click on continue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The next screen titled "Double Taxed Income" allows you to enter the gross income and tax amount paid to the foreign country. This entry may be made for taxpayer and/or spouse if filing separately on a joint return.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TurboTax will create the required IA 130 form with the answers you enter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
