      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you imported your investment property info from 2016, you can open the property profile and change the ownership % to 50% (or however you agree to split).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then when you enter the sales info, TurboTax will calculate your share on your return (see screenshots below).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Be sure you updated your personal info and filing status in the My Info section.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
