Please see the instructions below for entering this information:

Login to your TurboTax Online account, Under the Business tab click "I'll choose what I work on"
Click update/start next to Business Income and Expenses
Click edit next to the business in which you want to enter this information
Scroll down to the Business Expenses section and click Start next to Home Office
Follow the prompts to enter your home office and claim the home office deduction
