I am a non-resident alien in US. If I own a property in foreign country and I travel to that country for maintenance or sale of the property, can I deduct the trip expenses like airline tickets, etc. from my taxable income in US?

If yes, where should I enter these expenses in turbo tax while filing my tax return?

No, if you are a nonresident alien, you will need to file...

No, if you are a nonresident alien, you will need to file a Form 1040NR to report your US
source income only. TurboTax does not support Form 1040NR.

As a nonresident alien, you will not income your foreign-source rental income on your 1040NR and would not be able to expense any travel expenses related to your foreign rental property on your US nonresident income tax return.

Here is a link to
the IRS website for Form
1040NR, U.S. Nonresident Alien Income Tax Return

Click this link for more information from the IRS on US Tax Guide for Aliens

For US citizens or resident aliens who do need to report all worldwide income (including foreign-source rental income) on a Form 1040, you may be able to claim travel expenses on your Schedule E related to travel to inspect your foreign rental property.

In this instance, you
may be able to deduct your ordinary and necessary transportation expenses
if you incur them to collect rental income or to manage, conserve, or maintain
your rental property. However, transportation expenses incurred to travel
between your home and a rental property generally constitute nondeductible
commuting costs unless you use your home as your principal place of business.
(Note: you do not have to take the home office deduction, you just need to show
that your home is the principal location for your rental business activities).

Please refer to these links : IRS - Rental income and
expenses for additional information of
rental deductions.
