My Employers address is in Canada and anytime i try to submit my e-file i am informed that i need to submit the 'zip code'. the zip code is R3C-1T1, but the system is not accepting this information. What should i do to correct this?

When you enter your W-2 information, you need to click Skip Import. When you come to the page where you type in the W-2 information, click the drop-down menu under U.S. address and select Foreign address. You should then be able to enter your employer's information, and you should be able to e-file.

Be sure to correct or delete the original W-2 information.
