There is no first time home buyer credit any longer. I assume you are referring to "repayment" of the first time home buyer credit fom a few years ago. There is a lookup tool you can use to find out how much you have repaid and how much is left to pay. Find it here:

I know how much I owe I’m trying to find out what happens to that debit when the home is destroyed and then you purchase another home but sell in the same year of purchase which would be within 2 years of the home being destroyed and if the debit is still needing to be paid. Unfortunately there is a character limit on asking a questions
