Turbo Tax online says it is giving me the "standard deduction" when it does the review but says I quality for the itemized deduction when I filled in the information.

Is there any way I can go in and review my return after I fill out the information. All I see is the scroll that goes through at the review. It says standard deduction on the scroll, but the itemized deduction was suggested when I filled out all of my information.

I have not used TurboTax on line, so this may not be responsive to the question. Compare the total on line 29 of Schedule A with the amount of your Standard Deduction. The larger of the two should be the one listed on line 40 of Form 1040. You may need to double click on the 1040 line 40 to get Schedule A to appear.
