Edit your Business, and your Vehicle. Indicate that you stopped using your first Vehicle (screenshot).

Continue through the questions, adding any expenses/mileage for 2018.

Enter a Sales Price of $0 and the original Vehicle Cost. If you didn't own the vehicle, you won't be asked this.

Leave Basis for Gain/Los, AMT Gain/Loss blank (screenshot).

If you claimed Standard Mileage for the vehicle, enter the depreciation equivalent (screenshot).

Choose 'Add Another Vehicle' at the Vehicle Summary page to add your new vehicle (screenshot).
