      <description>&lt;P&gt;A U. S. government employee overseas is same as being in the U.S, so you answer it that way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just like the foreign income exclusion does not apply to you either. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
