      <description>&lt;P&gt;As long as you don't have a rental arrangement with the co-borrower, that individual does not have to include any of the mortgage information on their return.&amp;nbsp; Mortgage interest and real estate taxes may help someone to increase their refund, but it is not required to claim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
