      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure your foreign mailing address in the first part of the return is completely filled in, including fields for ZIP and that the address is identified in the dropdown choice as a foreign one.&amp;nbsp; I had a similar problem with foreign address in the worksheet section and found it so frustrating that I just ran off a copy of the return and mailed it in.&amp;nbsp; Very low tech but it worked.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
