      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you received a W2 and the box for a statutory employee is checked in box 13 then yes, you can claim business expenses.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;If you only receive a W2 and the statutory box is not checked, then you are not considered by the IRS to be a contractor employee which means you could not claim any business expenses.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
