TurboTax want to know if you used the last-month rule in 2015 to make a full-year's contribution for 2015, but then failed to remain an eligible individual throughout 2016 resulting in the need to report some amount of your 2015 contribution on your 2016 tax return as being subject to tax and 10% penalty. In your case, you apparently did not have HSA coverage on December 31, 2015, so the answer would be No, you did not make a contribution for 2015 under the last-month rule.
