On your home, rental property, business property, or what?

"quarterly tax payment"

Safe deposit box rental is reported in the "Other Investment Expenses" section.

Here are a couple of ways to get there:

Federal Taxes tab (Personal tab in Home and Business)
Subtab Deductions & Credits.
If a page says "Your Tax Breaks" scroll down to "All Tax Breaks".
Keep scrolling to topic Retirement and Investments. Click "Show More" to expand subtopics.
Choose subtopic Other Investment Expenses and Start or Revisit.

Or you can use this shortcut:

With your return open, click on the Search tab in the upper right corner.
Enter safe deposit box without quotes.
Choose Jump to safe deposit box.
Next screen titled Other Investment Expenses.

Here's a shortcut to the Medical Expenses interview where you can enter your prescription costs and other medical expenses such as doctor and dentist visits, lab and X-ray, clinic fees, etc.:

With your return open, click on the Search tab in the upper right corner.
Enter prescriptions without quotes.
Choose Jump to prescriptions.
Next screen will start the medical expense interview. It may start by asking if you spent a threshold amount in medical expenses to make it worthwhile.
