      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree it is 100% deductible, but you would not report it on Schedule E, which is used t&lt;SPAN&gt;o report income or loss from rental real 
estate, royalties, partnerships, S corporations, estates, trusts, and 
residual interests in REMICs.&amp;nbsp; If you are self-employed, report on Schedule C as other.&amp;nbsp; Treat similarly (as other) if you are filing&amp;nbsp; Form 1065 or Form 1120S.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
