Follow the steps below to enter your personal property taxes.

Open your return in TurboTax.
(To do this, sign in to TurboTax and click the orange Take me to my return button.)
Select Federal Taxes (Personal depending on version).
Select Deductions & Credits, click Show all tax breaks (if needed)
Scroll down to the Cars and Other Things You Own section, click Show More to expand the options.
Click on the Start/Revisit button to the right of the Personal Property Taxes topic.
Follow the prompts.

Please note: Some states have additional requirements for leased property. TurboTax will help guide you through this section in the state return.
