How can I get my tax return while leaving outside US ( No US address ) and having No US bank account ( in my name ). Thanks.

I used to live in US and filed tax returns using Turbo tax till last year. I moved back to Philippines in Mid 2017 and closed my US Bank Accounts since I had no plan to move back to US in near future. Now I received my W2, and preliminary check with Turbo Tax says I should get nearly 1433 USD in tax returns. How can I get this return while leaving outside US ( No US address ) and having No US bank account ( in my name ). Thanks.

You can still file a tax return with a foreign address....

You can still file a tax return with a foreign address. But, the IRS will not direct deposit your refund into foreign accounts - only domestic accounts located within the United States. So, you will have to receive a paper check mailed to the address on your tax return if you do not have a U.S account.
