      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not if he is paying them with pretax money. If the premiums are taken directly out of his paycheck, then the amount is not likely to be included in box 1 of his W2.&amp;nbsp; This means that money was never taxed, therefore, if you claimed it again you would be getting a double tax break on the same money. The IRS does not allow that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
