In the same place you would enter them if they were paid through escrow, actually. Where that is in the program, depends on what the property taxes were paid for - rental property, business property, personal residence, or 2nd home. Be careful in the "Your Home" section because you're asked for property taxes twice. Only enter them once, or you'll be double-dipping and may not even realize it.
