  &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;B&gt;&lt;/B&gt;Unfortunately, such expenses are not deductible since they would be miscellaneous itemized deductions.&lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;

  &lt;I&gt;You can no longer 
claim any miscellaneous itemized deductions. Miscellaneous itemized 
deductions are those deductions that would have been subject to the 2% 
of adjusted gross income limitation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/I&gt;
