    <description>&lt;P&gt;I sold a property out of the state I currently work and live; it's been empty for the past 6 years.&amp;nbsp; Las year I got somebody interested in renting it, but after signing the contract they decided not to move in.&amp;nbsp; Later on I was able to sell it at a loss.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
