Type rentals into the search bar. Then hit enter and use the Jump to rentals link to get to your rental property section. Select yes, and click through the beginning screens then select Edit next to the property you sold on the Rental and Royalty Summary page.

Edit the Property Profile and on the screen that says ''Do any of These Situations Apply to this Property?'', mark the box that says ''I sold or disposed of this property in 2018''. Then proceed through the screens. Once you are done there, do the same thing in the Sale of Property/Depreciation section of the rental property. See images.
