      <description>&lt;P&gt;In tax terminology, "nonrefundable" does NOT mean it can not result in you getting a refund on your tax return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It means that credit is limited to the amount of income tax on line 16 of your Form 1040 (although some other credits may tax priority).&amp;nbsp; If you had tax withheld (such as from a W-2), a "nonrefundable credit" can result in that withheld tax being refunded.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
