      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can only deduct what you paid during the year. putting the bill on a credit card or paying by taking out a loan from an independent lender is considered payment in the year it is done.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If the provider is providing the financing,&amp;nbsp; then you can only deduct what you actually have paid to the provider during the tax year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
