I'm trying download my info from Franklin. This year it's asking for Account Numbers, and Social Security Number, instead of Log In Name, and Password. I'm looking at the statement, and have multiple accounts with them. Tried every account number, but it doesn't allow access. Any thoughts~? Thanks in advance. Randy
